Want to put your fitness goals on the fast track? Start a "New Year, New You" Plan! It's an eight-week plan designed to help you create a healthy lifestyle to shed weight and keep it off. You will get:

  • 8 one-on-one hour training sessions to meet meet with me in person (the program requires twice a week of training, only exceptions for emergencies)

  • a supplemental training plan for the days you train on your own

  • a personalized meal plan, complete with a grocery list, recipes, and a week-to-week menu

  • weekly weigh-ins and measurements

  • daily check-ins via phone to keep you on track

Do you currently work out on your own, would like to add more accountability?  The "New Year, New You Online" Plan is right for you! You will get:‚Äč

  • a supplemental training plan to train on your own

  • daily check-ins via phone to keep you on track

Note: this plan does not include one-on-one training sessions with me. You will still be expected to train at least three times a week on your own so you can maximize your progress. Let's go!
