When gyms and studios were shut down due to the Coronavirus outbreak, many of my members took advantage of the following options:

  • Virtual training via Video Chat

  • Outdoor training, practicing social distancing


You have the option of training:

  • once a week

  • twice a week

  • three times a week


Many clients have committed to two-three times a week for optimal results. The more you train, the quicker you see a change!

Eating is an essential part of staying in shape. We all know basic foods that will help us stay in shape:

But work and responsibilities at home can make it really difficult to stay on track. Tell me your goals, fave foods and least fave foods. I will create a meal plan for you, with an itemized grocery list, easy-to-follow recipes and a four-week plan with 5-6 meals a day. I can take the guess work out of "What's for Dinner?"

Online programming includes a four-week plan of movements. A picture index of the movements make it easier to follow.
